Founder and Managing Director of POD Hospitality since 2013. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) degree and has had many years of experience in Food & Beverage development, operations, and management for large international hotel chains and independent restaurants. Prior to establishing POD Hospitality, Stuart was Director of Development for Condé Nast International Restaurants.

  • Conde Nast International: Started up and developed the Hospitality and Restaurant Division developing concepts, designs and operational brand kits for VOGUE Café, GQ Bar and Tatler Club
  • IHG MEA: Supported openings, renovations and conversions for 94 hotels
  • Developed a regional MEA resource for operations in all 94 cross-branded hotels from F&B systems, key positions, concept, design and engineering
